CRY5083 Analog Output - AOS

CRY5083 AOS is a 4-channel analog excitation / standard voltage output module for NVH testing on the SonoDAQ platform. The module provides four synchronized output channels and supports differential, single-ended, and DC output modes. It can be used for power amplifier driving, shaker control, active sound source generation, standard voltage simulation, and closed-loop testing in combination with input modules.

The value of AOS goes beyond simply providing an output interface - it connects excitation, acquisition, and software workflows into one integrated system. Together with OpenTest, engineers can perform multi-waveform output, phase/delay control, waveform playback, shutdown control, and input/output synchronization within the same platform, enabling more efficient FRF, modal, structural vibration, acoustic excitation, and system calibration testing.

Product Highlights
4-Channel Synchronous Output for Multi-Point NVH Excitation

4-Channel Synchronous Output for Multi-Point NVH Excitation

AOS provides four independent analog output channels with synchronous output capability, coordinated through the unified SonoDAQ platform time base. Compared with traditional single- or dual-channel excitation sources, the 4-channel synchronous architecture is better suited for multi-point excitation, active acoustic source arrays, bench control, and complex structural response testing.

Support for Differential, Single-Ended, and DC Output

Support for Differential, Single-Ended, and DC Output

The module supports differential, single-ended, and DC output modes. The single-ended output range is ±10 V, enabling compatibility with external power amplifiers, shaker controller inputs, actuator control interfaces, and standard voltage simulation interfaces. Output impedance is 20 Ω with a drive capability of 10 mA.

Multi-Waveform, Phase/Delay, and Playback Control

Multi-Waveform, Phase/Delay, and Playback Control

When used with OpenTest, AOS supports multi-waveform generation, phase control, delay control, and waveform playback. Users can define excitation signals centrally within the software and synchronize them with acquisition channels, providing stable excitation sources for FRF measurements, modal analysis, sweep testing, and repeatability testing.

High-Precision, Low-Noise Signal Output

High-Precision, Low-Noise Signal Output

AOS achieves amplitude accuracy of ±0.03 dB and frequency response flatness of ±0.01 dB from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. In the ±10 V range, the output noise floor is            ≤ 10 µVrms, while THD is ≤ -100 dB at 1 kHz and 1 Vrms. Channel crosstalk is        ≤ -110 dB @1 kHz, enabling stable and low-distortion analog excitation signal generation.
