Our warranty exclusively covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during the manufacturing process. Consequently, the warranty does not cover manuals, fuses, disposable batteries, or damage from neglect, misuse, contamination, alteration, accident, or abnormal conditions of operation or handling, including failures caused by use outside of the product's specifications, normal wear and tear of mechanical components, negligent use, incorrect power supply, or incorrect connection to the equipment.

This warranty is applicable exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To verify original ownership, proof of purchase is required. If products are sold, purchased, or used through unauthorized dealers, the warranty is invalidated and no warranty coverage, services, repairs, or replacements will be provided.

The 10-year warranty, beginning on the date of shipment, applies to products in the CRYSOUND Sensors line, including CRY3000 Series Microphones and Microphone Sets, Ear Simulators and Sets, Couplers and Sets, Mouth Simulators, Preamplifiers, and Sound Calibrator, with certain exclusions. 

The 1-year warranty, beginning on the date of shipment, applies to Calibrators and Accelerometers, with certain exclusions.

Accessories subject to frequent use, including cables and windshields (whether included with the product or purchased separately), are covered by a 6-month warranty.
