Customer shall not directly or indirectly export, re-export, transfer, resell, lease, loan, provide access to, or otherwise make products available to any Restricted Party or prohibited jurisdiction.

Customer shall provide accurate end-user, end-use, destination, and compliance information upon request.

By placing an order, receiving, or using our products, you expressly agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and trade compliance laws and regulations. You further represent and warrant that:

• You will not provide false, misleading, or incomplete end-use or end-user information in connection with any transaction involving CRYSOUND products.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or terminate any order, shipment, or service at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the transaction may violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or compliance requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRYSOUND shall bear no liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from a customer's violation of export control, sanctions, or trade compliance obligations.

Products may not be used directly or indirectly in connection with:

(a) military end uses prohibited by applicable law;
(b) military intelligence activities prohibited by law;
(c) weapons development;
(d) missile technology;
(e) nuclear explosive activities;
(f) chemical weapons activities;
(g) biological weapons activities;
(h) terrorism or terrorist financing;
(i) unlawful surveillance;
(j) human-rights abuses;
(k) unlawful cyber activities; or
(l) any prohibited end use under applicable export-control regulations.

Customer shall immediately notify CRYSOUND if it becomes aware of any prohibited end use.

CRYSOUND may request information regarding end users, end uses, destinations, ownership structures, compliance programs, and related matters.

Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension, cancellation, refusal of shipment, termination of support, termination of licenses, or other compliance actions.

Except as expressly provided in written warranty documentation, products, software, services, support, content, and website materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

CRYSOUND disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
