CRY5011 IEPE Analog In-IED

The CRY5011 IED analog input module is a professional data acquisition device specifically designed for high-precision acoustic and vibration testing. It integrates 32-bit high resolution, an ultra-wide dynamic range of up to 160 dB, and a broad frequency response from 10 Hz to 204.8 kHz. It supports both IEPE and voltage input types, and is compatible with differential and single-ended signals, allowing flexible connection to microphones, accelerometers, and other test sensors.

The module delivers low-noise, high-fidelity acquisition performance along with nanosecond-level synchronization accuracy. Synchronization error between channels and across devices is maintained within ≤ ±100 ns. It also ensures stable frequency accuracy across a wide temperature range, enabling precise capture of weak signal details while handling high-amplitude test scenarios.

Designed for applications such as laboratory precision measurement, NVH analysis, and multi-channel distributed testing, the CRY5011 provides a stable, reliable, and highly trustworthy signal acquisition solution.

Connect Multiple DAQs and Audio Interfaces in OpenTest

In industrial testing, research, and quality validation, data acquisition devices (DAQs / audio interfaces / measurement microphone front-ends) are the "front door" of the entire system. As technology and applications become more specialized, a wide variety of DAQ devices has emerged: Hardware is not the bottleneck anymore. The real challenge is: How do you connect, […]

What Does "1000 V Isolation" Actually Isolate?

In many practical applications, data acquisition is not performed in an "ideal laboratory" environment. The device under test may be connected to mains power, distribution cabinets, frequency converters, or large electromechanical systems, while the acquisition card on the other side is connected via USB or Ethernet to a computer-sometimes operated directly by a person. These […]

What are Sound Pressure, Sound Intensity, and Sound Power?

Sound is everywhere in our daily life: birdsong, street noise, engine roar, even the faint airflow from an air conditioner. For people, sound is not only about whether we can hear it, but whether it feels comfortable, is disturbing, or poses a risk. The same 70 dB can feel completely different; and when something feels […]
