CRY2624M Ex Fixed Acoustic Imager
The CRY2624M is an ATEX- and IECEx-certified fixed acoustic imager engineered for continuous, unattended monitoring in hazardous industrial environments. Powered by a 128-channel high-sensitivity MEMS microphone array and advanced beamforming technology, it converts sound-source distribution data into real-time acoustic images overlaid on video, enabling operators to quickly detect and locate gas and vacuum leaks, partial discharges, and other acoustic anomalies.
With a selectable frequency range of 2 kHz to 48 kHz, a test distance of 0.5 to 50 meters, an 8 MP camera, and real-time fault alarms, the CRY2624M provides clear, actionable insights into critical assets across petrochemical facilities, power plants, coal mines, and natural gas pipelines. Its rugged IP66 aluminum-alloy enclosure supports reliable operation in harsh industrial conditions, while RJ45 connectivity, RTSP/RTMP/WebRTC streaming, open development protocols, and a web-based monitoring platform simplify remote system integration.
The device can also be integrated with robotic dogs and wheeled robots to automate inspections, reduce manual workload, and minimize personnel exposure to hazardous areas.

Product Highlights
ATEX & IECEx Certified for Hazardous Environments
The CRY2624M is certified for safe acoustic monitoring in potentially explosive gas and dust atmospheres. Its explosion-protected design makes it suitable for petrochemical plants, power stations, coal mines, natural gas pipelines, and other high-risk industrial sites where conventional equipment may not be permitted. Designed for continuous operation, it enables facilities to monitor critical assets remotely while reducing the need for personnel to enter hazardous areas.

24/7 Real-Time Monitoring
The CRY2624M provides continuous, round-the-clock monitoring of acoustic signals and equipment conditions. Its 128-channel high-sensitivity MEMS microphone array captures sound-source distribution data, while beamforming technology transforms the data into real-time acoustic images overlaid on live video. When an abnormal sound or predefined condition is detected, the system can trigger an immediate alarm, supporting early fault detection, reduced downtime, and more efficient predictive maintenance.
Gas/Vacuum Leak Detection
The CRY2624M detects the ultrasonic signals generated by escaping gases and displays their precise locations directly on the live video image. This non-contact method allows operators to inspect pipelines, valves, flanges, compressors, and other pressurized or vacuum systems quickly and safely. With a monitoring range of 0.5 to 50 meters, the device can cover critical assets from a fixed position and significantly reduce the time and labor required for manual leak inspections.
Test range from 0.5 to 50 meters
Minimum detectable leakage down to 28 CCM
PD Localization & PD Type Recognition
The CRY2624M provides real-time localization and type recognition for partial discharge in high-voltage electrical equipment. By visualizing the acoustic signals produced by discharge activity, the system helps maintenance teams identify affected components and assess insulation-related problems at an early stage. Continuous PD monitoring supports condition-based maintenance and helps reduce the risk of insulation failure, unplanned outages, and equipment damage.
Integration with Robotic Dogs & Wheeled Robots
The CRY2624M can be integrated with robotic dogs, wheeled robots, and other intelligent inspection platforms. This flexible deployment allows acoustic inspections to be automated in large, inaccessible, or hazardous areas. Robots equipped with the camera can perform scheduled patrols, transmit live acoustic images, and identify gas leaks, partial discharges, and other anomalies without exposing personnel to potentially dangerous operating environments.
Powerful Web-Based Software Platform
The CRY2624M comes with a browser-based monitoring platform that provides live acoustic imaging, video preview, spectrum and spectrogram analysis, alarm management, statistics, historical playback, and device configuration. Users can access the system remotely through a local network without installing dedicated client software. Support for RESTful, WebSocket, RPC, RTSP, RTMP, and WebRTC protocols also simplifies secondary development and integration with existing plant monitoring or industrial IoT systems.
IP66 Rating for Harsh Environments
The CRY2624M features a rugged aluminum-alloy enclosure with an IP66 rating, providing excellent resistance to dust and powerful water jets. Designed to operate reliably in temperatures from -20°C to +60°C, it is well suited to factories, outdoor installations, energy facilities, and other demanding industrial environments. Its durable construction helps ensure stable, long-term performance for continuous monitoring of critical equipment.
