CRYSOUND has launched the new SonoDAQ Pro data acquisition system, seamlessly integrated with the OpenTest software platform. Featuring modular scaling from 4 to 24 channels per unit, up to 170 dB dynamic range, and PTP (IEEE 1588) / GPS synchronization with ≤100 ns delay, SonoDAQ Pro delivers stable, repeatable performance in both laboratory and field environments.

The system is widely applied in automotive NVH testing, aerospace, consumer electronics, and industrial machinery. By combining high-precision data acquisition with intelligent analysis, SonoDAQ and OpenTest provide a complete workflow—from multi-channel acquisition and real-time monitoring to advanced processing, automation sequences, and one-click reporting—significantly improving test throughput and engineering confidence.

The SonoDAQ achieves nanosecond-level synchronization across distributed systems, with main frame to main frame skew less than ±100 ns. By integrating IEEE 1588 PTP and GPS timing, it eliminates the need for bulky sync cables. This is critical for applications such as order tracking, acoustic holography, and precise NVH analysis, where even microsecond drift can distort results.
In addition, SonoDAQ maintains amplitude and phase consistency over 1000 hours of operation, ensuring long-term stability. Engineers can conduct advanced testing with confidence, improving both data reliability and efficiency.
