Service during the warranty period
During the warranty period, the seller will provide the following warranty services:
1) Provide free user manuals, installation, operation, and maintenance manuals for the product;
2)During the warranty period, CRYSOUND provides warranty repair services. The warranty for repair is valid for one year and covers only the repaired part. The general warranty period is not extended accordingly.(Repair service warranty usually refers to the additional warranty protection provided by the manufacturer or supplier for the repaired part of the product during the warranty period. This means that if The product has malfunctioned during the warranty period and and needs repair, the repaired part will enjoy an additional warranty for a specific period of time.)
3) Provide 7×24 technical services and technical support services.
4) The expenses incurred during the warranty period shall be borne by our company;
Services Beyond The Warranty Period
Beyond the warranty period, our company will provide free technical consulting services and non free maintenance for the products supplied for this project. The service methods and contents that can be provided are as follows:
1) Telephone consultation service:
Technicians provide technical consultation and fault analysis solutions related to the system through telephone consultation services. The company has dedicated maintenance personnel who provide mobile consultation services 7×24.
2) Email service
Maintenance personnel provide technical support for system failures described by purchaser through email replies.
3)On-site service
For those who require on-site service, maintenance personnel can provide on-site service.
4) Problem consultation service
We mainly deal with operational issues,System issues,Product function Q&A,Customer needs and improvement suggestions for the product.
Exclusions
Our warranty exclusively covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during the manufacturing process. Consequently, the warranty does not cover manuals, fuses, disposable batteries, or damage from neglect, misuse, contamination, alteration, accident, or abnormal conditions of operation or handling, including failures caused by use outside of the product's specifications, normal wear and tear of mechanical components, negligent use, incorrect power supply, incorrect connection to the equipment,or failure to install, use, or maintain the product in accordance with the seller's instructions.Meanwhile, product damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to fires, floods, earthquakes, and other natural disasters, is also not covered by the warranty.
Obligations Of The Purchaser
The purchaser is responsible for notifying the seller of any defects or problems with the product within the warranty period. The purchaser must also provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem. The purchaser is obligated to cooperate with the seller in the diagnosis and resolution of the problem, including allowing the seller or its authorized representative to inspect the Product.Failure to provide such notice within the specified time period shall constitute a waiver of the purchaser's warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
The seller's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, as described above. In no event shall the seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to other property.
