Household appliances noise and vibration test
The factors that determine the noise level of a household appliance are seen in the design, manufacturing, use and other processes of household appliances. During the design phase, noise testing is performed on the structural design of household appliances to check whether the sound absorption and insulation design of the products achieve the expected results. During the part incoming inspection phase, the components are inspected for noise and vibration to avoid the use of defective components. Noise and vibration inspections are performed on products during manufacturing and assembly to avoid poor noise levels arising from defective assembly. Sound power testing is performed at the finished product stage to understand the actual noise level of the products.
