
Intelligent loudspeaker test
The intelligent loudspeaker adds voice recognition, Internet of Things (IoT) control and other functions based on the traditional Bluetooth loudspeaker, so it becomes popular with consumers. However, in order to better perform multi-directional voice recognition and play clearer stereo sound, its smart MIC and Speaker are also increased continuously. Compared with traditional loudspeakers, the smart loudspeaker has more stringent requirements for the characteristics of MIC and Speaker. How to efficiently and comprehensively test and control the audio unit of such smart loudspeaker has become a major problem for its production. MIC PCBA testing
CRY6151B's mouth simulator sends the sweep signal → MIC PCBA collects the sound → CRY573 selects multi-path signals and performs PDM (I2S) code conversion → CRY6151B for analysis
Multi-channel MIC testing completed in a sweep; Reference MIC is used to monitor the sound signals from the mouth simulator.

Speaker PCBA testing
CRY6151B communicates with PCBA through Bluetooth/WiFi/USB/analog signal and other methods based on the characteristics of PCBA to produce electrical signals → the interface that produces electrical signals inputs them into the electrical signal input port of CRY6151B for analysis.

Finished product testing
CRY6151B mouth simulator produces sounds → Smart loudspeaker's multi-channel MIC collects sounds → the collected data is transmitted to CRY6151B through Wifi for analysis.
CRYSOUND system is connected to the smart loudspeaker through WIFI, and Wifi is used to make Speaker sound → the multi-channel microphone realizes the signal collection of multiple Speaker units → signals are transmitted to CRY6151B for test and analysis.
