Lighting headphone test
We have the industry's first self-developed test equipment that supports Lightning headphones and microphones, and supports PCBA, wire, and finished headset testing. Users can download the Lightning Headphone Test App for free from AppStore, use iPhone or iTouch to connect Lightning headphones, and transfer audio data to CRY6151B electroacoustic tester via WIFI.

Headphone test path
The electroacoustic tester sends the bench file to be played to the NETPCM application
The NETPCM application makes the Lightning headset to play the excitation signal, while the electroacoustic tester collects the signal from the headset through the ear simulator
The electroacoustic tester analyzes response signals collected by the ear simulator and calculates parameters, such as FR and THD
Microphone test path
The electroacoustic tester sends a microphone acquisition command. After the NETPCM application receives the command, the Lightning microphone starts to acquire signals, and the electroacoustic tester sends a calibrated excitation signal through the mouth simulator
The electroacoustic tester sends a microphone stop acquisition command and receives a command for the signal being collected by the microphone. The NETPCM application sends the .wav file collected to the electroacoustic tester
The electroacoustic tester analyzes the .wav file and calculates the FR and THD of the microphone
